1. After showering or bathing and exfoliating, pat your skin dry with a towel.
2. Remove the body cream with your hands. A spoonful is enough.
3. Apply to dry and sensitive skin all over the body with gentle movements.
4. Pay attention to areas that are usually drier, such as knees, elbows, soles of the feet and heels.
5. Wait a few minutes for it to absorb before getting dressed.
